What You'll Do Support organisations to design, build and deliver analytics solutions and elevate their analytics capabilities Harness the power of data, AI, and advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimise operations, and unlock commercial growth. Help clients to improve the productivity of their operations through efficiency analysis (including workforce, supply chain and procurement analytics), optimisation and cost reduction, digital twins, working alongside cross functional teams in public and private environments in health and other sectors Support clients to understand how to apply advanced analytics including AI/machine learning, delivering high-impact data and AI-driven strategies, cloud data platforms and x-functional projects that transform businesses and create measurable value. Design and implement cloud data and AI cloud platforms leveraging modern hyperscalers e.g. AWS or Azure. Play an active role in business development activities, crafting compelling proposals and thought leadership pieces, and contributing to case studies that highlight our industry expertise. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and reputation in the health and other sectors (e.g. mining, FS etc). Qualifications & Experience Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this role 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, or you may be looking for a change from a health industry role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data. Experience in analytic model development, and demonstratable experience in data and analytics strategy, and delivery. Proficient with modern cloud-based data analytics platforms and other related services, including visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python). Proven experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities. Confidence and experience in leading and working within large and multi‑disciplinary teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem‑solving. Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors. Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible). Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment with a strong attention to detail. Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline‑driven situations. An ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
