Welder / Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker About Us We’re a small, friendly, family‑run metal fabrication business based in Bendigo. Our work covers a wide range of metal fabrication projects including in‑house laser cutting, folding, pressing, duct work, and flashings. We take pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. About the Role We’re looking for a Welder / Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker to join our team. You’ll be working on a variety of fabrication projects in our workshop and on‑site around the Bendigo region. Experience in duct work is an advantage, but not essential — the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important. What We’re Looking For Experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related trade Competent in the operation of fabrication machinery and equipment Duct work experience highly regarded Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a small team Strong focus on safety and quality Skills and Experience Required Minimum 2 years’ welding experience (MIG proficiency required) Ability to read, understand and fabricate from drawings Able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail Current Driver’s Licence (essential) Construction Induction Card (White Card) required Forklift Licence advantageous What We Offer Steady, local work with a supportive, close‑knit team Competitive pay based on experience Positive, family‑oriented work environment If you’re looking for a hands‑on role with a team that values skill, respect, and craftsmanship — we’d love to hear from you.
