Job Description Our highly successful Sydney North Office Leasing team is expanding, and we’re currently seeking a Leasing Executive to join us. Ideally, you’ll bring 1‑2 years of experience in commercial real‑estate. Reporting to the local Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to valued clients, while building on the momentum of a dominant team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include : Actively pursue new appointments, with a focus on both new and existing business relationships Contribute to the preparation of pitches and proposals Canvassing tenants to identify opportunities and generate demand Manage reporting and asset promotion activities Building and maintain strong relationships with clients Assist in maintaining a high integrity client database, including data entry of listings, contacts and transactions Qualifications 1+ year of experience in commercial real‑estate, ideally in a leasing or sales A client first approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong negotiation skills and understanding of current market trends Excellent presentation and communications skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A commercial mindset and a proactive attitude Assistant Agent or Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence A collaborative mindset with a high level of enthusiasm Additional Information We fosteran environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
