Job tasks and responsibilities Reporting into the Client Delivery Manager, the Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers & patrons of the shopping center and the retail stores. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work on a rotating rosterprevious shopping center experience is highly desirable. Skills and experience To Be Successful for this role; you will possess the following; Current NSWSecurity License Current National Police Check Current First Aid Certificate Proven experience in Shopping Centers and Customer Service industries. Excellent presentation and grooming standards A Positive and Proactive Approach Passion for delivering professional and efficient customer service Evening & weekend availability are essential Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing. Ability to multi task and work autonomously in high paced team environment Key Responsibilities High Attention to details Unlock and Lockup the Premises Access Control and systems Monitoring of computerized Alarms including BMS and fire panel where required and CCTV Foot Patrols in and around the center Skills in Incident Reporting and Emergency Response Customer Service and support including promotion of the center's activities and car Park Management Community liaison and relationship building with the local community and Service Providers who visit the center Supervision of facilities work outside management core hours where required.
