Marketing / PR / Events Marketing Manager Sydney Permanent / Full Time Posted: 20 / 11 / 2025 $115,000-$120,000 p / a About the Role Property Network of Australia is seeking a Portfolio Marketing Manager to join a dynamic property investment and management group in Sydney Our client is committed to delivering value and growth through innovative marketing and strong community engagement across its shopping centre portfolio and we are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for retail property portfolios, including campaign management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement This role is responsible for the end-to-end marketing function across multiple shopping centres, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for each retail asset Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement Manage marketing budgets and ensure alignment with asset objectives Oversee digital channels, content creation, and website updates Collaborate with centre teams and retailers to maximise engagement Prepare monthly sales analysis and marketing performance reports The ideal candidate will have Extensive experience in retail property marketing management Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign analytics Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively How to apply If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
