We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) to join our Customer Experience Division. Reporting to the Customer Experience Lead, you will take on a pivotal leadership role responsible for the marketing of Menarini's ANZ OTC portfolio and managing our strategic partnerships. In this role, you will have direct line management of the OTC Brand Manager, driving a high-performance culture and shaping the future of our consumer brands. What You'll Do Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing strategy for the Menarini ANZ business, developing and implementing integrated brand plans for the full OTC portfolio. Team Leadership: Provide direct line management, coaching, and performance management for the OTC Brand Manager to ensure high levels of performance. Strategic Partnerships: Manage and lead our strategic pharmacy partnerships, including performance reviews and contract negotiations. Commercial Excellence: Drive the financial forecast cycles for ANZ and ensure the achievement of targets for sales, profit, and market penetration. Performance & Planning: Lead monthly business reviews, deliver regular performance reporting, and demonstrate a strong understanding of forecasting models. Stakeholder Management: Build and foster strong relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders. What You'll Bring A post-graduate marketing or business qualification (MBA preferred) or a science/pharmacy degree. A minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the Pharmacy, OTC or VMS sector . Previous line management experience preferred. Completion of the Medicines Australia CEP. Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance culture and foster a positive team environment. Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills.
