Your Team Compliance is central to our culture. We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Australian Compliance team of four, based in Melbourne. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Compliance, Australia, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic compliance projects and managing the Compliance framework for our Australian and New Zealand operations. This is a hands‑on management position where you will lead and inspire junior team members while contributing significantly to our "overly compliant" approach. What You’ll Do Advise the business on Australian and New Zealand compliance and conduct matters. Stay informed of regulatory changes and communicate them effectively to the business. Manage Australian and New Zealand Compliance frameworks, including Compliance Monitoring Plans. Develop policies and procedures reflecting regulatory and conduct obligations. Manage internal and external dispute resolution procedures. Provide regulatory advice to the business. Maintain strong relationships with regulators (ASIC, NZ's FMA, AUSTRAC). Assist with external regulatory investigations. Manage and support junior compliance team members. Provide regular compliance reports to senior management. Review and approve marketing and advertising material. What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in legal, commerce, and/or finance. Financial services experience in a control, compliance, or regulatory role. CFDs, futures or equities experience is highly desirable. Experience with AML/CTF and financial services obligations in Australia or New Zealand. Crypto experience would be advantageous.
