Project Janus Business Analyst Join Downer Professional Services to play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future. What You’ll Do Gather and document business objectives, needs, and ICT capability requirements using structured analysis techniques. Develop As‑Is and To‑Be states, create future‑state process maps, and perform gap analysis of ICT environments. Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, build consensus, and clearly present complex information. Facilitate business analysis activities using both Agile and Waterfall approaches, ensuring traceability and validation. Enhance analysis with User Experience artefacts such as user research, personas, and journey maps. What You’ll Bring Experience working with Identity, Credential and Access Management solutions in hybrid cloud environments. Strong capability in managing Multi‑Factor Authentication and Zero Trust authentication models. Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for secure, modern authentication workflows. Background in B2B and B2C identity federation, ideally with Entra ID. Ability to design, manage, and troubleshoot identity integrations across cloud and external identity providers. Security Clearance Require current Negative Vetting 1 or higher clearance. ITAR compliance may also be required. Benefits Meaningful work delivering critical Defence projects.
