Community/Disability Support Worker – Availability Availability: 2‑hour services: Monday, Thursday and Friday from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM; Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Possibility of availability for other services. Pay Range Base pay: A$34.00 hr – A$37.00 hr. Requirements Fluent in English. Current full Australian driver’s licence and own car. Comprehensive car insurance. MUST HAVE Working with Children Check (WWCC). NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW). Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate. Experience in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high‑care skills. Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN). About The Role Your role is to provide exceptional service while supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plans. This includes—but is not limited to—supporting clients in improving their physical and mental health, planning activities and social outings, building community connections, and assisting with daily living and transportation needs. You should be willing to work both as a Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing, be on‑call, and travel across different areas.
