What You’ll Do Be the frontline for fans — answering emails, chats, and social messages Keep our Shopify store fresh with new products, updates, and flawless listings Support digital campaigns for launches, events, and special promotions Assist with content creation — product highlights, banners, newsletters, and more Coordinate stock levels and work with suppliers to keep fan favourites available Manage orders, shipping, and returns to ensure smooth experiences Track trends, analyse fan behaviour, and share insights that help shape future releases What You Bring 1–2 years’ experience in e‑commerce or customer‑facing roles Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platforms) A love for entertainment, pop culture, and online communities Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset Highly organised with great attention to detail Comfortable with Google/Microsoft toolsBonus: interest in digital marketing, analytics, or SEO Why You’ll Love It You’ll be part of a creative, passionate team where every day brings something new — from product drops to marketing campaigns to fan interactions.
