Pymble is in the process of planning for a new Early Years School which is intended to provide the highest quality early education for boys and girls from three months to six years of age. Our aim will be to deliver exceptional learning and care that will mirror the quality, opportunities and values of Pymble Ladies' College. In anticipation of the opening of our Early Years School we are seeking expressions of interest from Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educators. Certificate III qualified educators will work closely with the Educational Leaders and Early Childhood Teachers and be involved with the delivery of learning and wellbeing programs related to high quality curriculum and care of children within the Early Years School, a long day care service on the campus of Pymble Ladies’ College. The Educators will collaborate closely with other staff within the Early Years School and contribute to a child centric culture where every child is respected and known. They will possess an understanding of early childhood pedagogies, the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards (NQS). A demonstrated capacity to deliver and review educational programs, ensuring the visibility and intent of our underpinning philosophy is essential. Additionally, a dedication to play based experiences, reflective of the interests and wonderings of children, and a strong belief in their capacity to be curious and creative co‑contributors in their own learning journey is vital. You will have a sincere commitment to creating a child safe environment and a genuine joy in working with young children.
