The Role We are seeking a friendly and committed Youth Engagement and Support Worker to join our team. Support Student Engagement and Support staff in identifying and responding to the additional needs of students. Work in partnership with key service providers to coordinate and deliver activities that aim to support and engage students at risk, including individual and small group interventions. Undertake administrative tasks such as data entry, report writing, meeting minutes and management of student case notes. Preferably have knowledge of or experience with high school procedures and processes. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Self‑directed and collaborative, able to work independently and as part of a team without direct supervision. Proactive, able to seek out feedback and receive guidance from others.
