If you're looking for a job opportunity where your skills and dedication have the potential to provide an ongoing position with great pay, this is the role for you In return for your contributions to production output you will be rewarded with the following: Additional shift and weekend penalties where applicable Potential to receive payment for ‘Higher Duties’ Consistent overtime opportunity's for high achievers with a very favorable overtime structure Potential for fulltime employment with an iconic Bundaberg brand Assistance in upskilling if deemed beneficial Weekly pay with a high level of accuracy Responsibilities Operation of Fixed Plant Machines Meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's Working to HACCP standards & Quality Checks Packaging of Goods Standing on your feet for long periods of time Working 8-12 shifts on a rotating roster Qualifications & Experience Be mechanically minded – preventative maintenance and assisting in minor repairs will be a big part of your role Have a positive attitude and take direction well Sound numeracy, literacy and computer skills Able to communicate well and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail Current high risk forklift ticket (LF) – (preferred but not required) Previous experience in manufacturing/production/food processing desirable Have a commitment to their roster – Reliability is key Requirements Be able to work 3 and/or 4 week rotating shift work which consist of Days, afternoons, nights & weekend work (2 weekends per month) Have the right to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate/Passport/Citizenship or Working Visa without restrictions) Be physically fit Have reliable transport & committed to shifts Have a commitment to adhere to both RSM People's and the Host Employer's workplace health and safety procedures, policies and relevant statutory legislation.
