Agency Sales Lead (New Zealand Focus) - Define the Future of Connected TV Location: Sydney, Australia (with regular travel to New Zealand) Are you ready to join a rapidly scaling business that is defining the next chapter of Connected TV (CTV) and screen advertising? Our client, a leading player in the CTV space, operates at the intersection of display, video advertising, and connected televisions. They are leveraging unique first‑party data and real‑time viewing behaviour to help advertisers reach their target audiences in new and innovative ways. This is a massive growth opportunity to work with one of the most exciting initiatives in the industry The Opportunity: Agency Sales Lead We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Agency Sales Lead to primarily focus on growing the business in New Zealand . While you'll be based in Sydney, you will be the driving force for commercial outcomes across the ditch, requiring regular travel. This role is about developing new opportunities, building senior‑level relationships, and securing revenue for our client's owned‑and‑operated inventory, including Native and their OTT service. Your Mission Will Be To: Build powerful relationships with major agencies, advertisers, and agency trading desks. Grow revenue by driving spend through both programmatic and direct channels Become a trusted consultant for your customers, continuously providing value to drive advertising growth. Deeply understand the client's platform and unique capabilities. Act as an internal champion for your advertising customers. What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a significant portion spent at an agency, trading desk, or media owner. A proven track record of securing and growing spend from advertisers and agencies via Programmatic Guaranteed (PG), Private Marketplace (PMP), or Direct IO . Existing relationships across investment or planning teams at major or independent agencies, including senior‑level contacts. A deep passion for video, Advanced TV, and how consumers are viewing premium content across all screens. Excellent communication skills and the talent for explaining complex topics simply. A Bachelor’s Degree (an MBA or advanced degree is a plus). The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset .
