We're looking for a driven sales professional — someone who knows how to build rapport, close business, and manage long-term relationships. This is a role for a confident closer who wants to own their results, grow their client base, and help clients execute trades across a range of digital asset strategies. What You'll Be Doing Engaging with qualified inbound and outbound leads, building trust quickly through clear communication and market insight. Onboarding new clients into our trading ecosystem and guiding them through setup and execution. Managing your own portfolio of clients — maintaining relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping them take advantage of market movements. Working alongside our research and execution teams to deliver timely insights and trading opportunities. Keeping accurate records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in our CRM. Who You Are Proven experience in sales or business development , ideally B2C with high-value clients Confident and comfortable on the phone — you know how to turn interest into action. Results-oriented and hungry to build your own client base. Interested in financial markets, crypto, or emerging technologies. Self-driven with a professional attitude — you want to be part of something growing fast. Must hold any valid Australian work visa or authorisation to work in Australia.
