The Company Weldclass are an Australian owned and operated company founded in 1979. With over 45 years of experience, Weldclass are a leading wholesale supplier of welding machines, accessories, and consumables. Weldclass products are sold by thousands of welding, tool, and industrial retailers across Australia, and beyond. The Role As a Graphic Designer at Weldclass, you'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life across a wide range of digital and print channels. Working closely with our Marketing, Sales and New Product Development teams, you'll transform design briefs into high-quality concepts, support product launches and campaigns, contribute to content creation, and help maintain our brand presence across packaging, marketing materials and online platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that suits a creative designer who enjoys variety, collaboration and managing multiple projects at once. Key responsibilities include Develop creative design concepts from briefs across digital, print, and packaging Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver campaigns and product launch collateral Create content for website updates, email layouts, and social media channels Apply and maintain brand identity across all materials and platforms Support marketing initiatives with promotional and campaign ideas Present concepts effectively and refine based on feedback Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality Contribute to efficient design processes and digital marketing best practices What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who thrives on turning ideas into compelling visual solutions. If you love bringing campaigns to life, experimenting with content creation, and applying your design skills across a variety of channels, this role is for you. Proven B2B and B2C graphic design experience Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Be an Australian Citizen or have the right to work and live permanently in Australia Be highly proficient in the English language, both written and spoken. Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design Bonus Skills Experience with AI design tools, video content, web development, or social media Industrial market experience, and/or proficiency in an Asian language Working Days / Hours This role is flexible, with options for full-time or part-time arrangements. You can be based in either our Tamworth (NSW) or Thomastown (Melbourne) offices. Full-time: Work from the office full-time, or a hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home each week. Part-time: Flexible arrangements such as 0.7-0.8 FTE, or 3 days per week with 2 days in the office and 1 day from home.
