About the role As Analytics Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how data drives decision-making and innovation. Your role will include: Driving the Global Content & Discovery data strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive solutions Mentoring a team of analytics engineers, fostering growth while contributing to the success of the Global Content & Discovery group Managing projects and priorities alongside business stakeholders to build robust data pipelines Uncovering meaningful insights that deepen understanding of both our partner’s platform and their customers, bringing fresh perspectives to conventional metrics Enhancing engineering best practices for data modelling and operationalization within the data warehouse environment Taking charge of team warehouse platform namespaces, ensuring compliance with platform standards and guidelines Who you are: Experienced in leading data specialists, defining team strategy, and creating data roadmaps You bring hands‑on experience in analytics and data engineering, particularly in building and evolving data pipeline capabilities, as well as relevant roadmaps and strategies Adept breaking down complex topics from simple ideas into feasible solutions You express strong stakeholder empathy and customer focus across all organizational levels You combine strategic thinking with practical execution skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
