We are looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter to join our team at Bars N Racks' in Brookvale, NSW. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for the installation and fitting of a wide range of accessories to our customers' vehicles – roof racks, platforms, tow bars, canopies, roll shutters, electrical work, bull bars, nudge bars, ute trays together with full tradie fit‑outs. Would suit for example a panel beater or a mechanic who understands cars and installing, removing accessories but wants a change in job. Key responsibilities Installing a broad range of aftermarket automotive accessories for tradies, 4WD enthusiasts and families Work with the sales team to ensure the products are correct prior to starting the job Work with the manager and sales team to inform them whether your work schedule can be completed in a timely manner to the highest installation quality Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process Work with the sales team and the manager to run through your jobs for the week to ensure enough time has been allocated and you are clear with the requirements to complete the work in a timely, high‑quality manner Maintain a clean and organised work area Be well planned, neat and organised What we're looking for Proven experience as an Automotive Accessory Fitter or similar role Strong technical skills and knowledge of a wide range of vehicle accessories Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions and problem‑solve through contacting suppliers, technical teams etc. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Good customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team What we offer At Bars N Racks', we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
