Recreational Vehicle Assembly Worker Roles We are seeking dedicated Assembly Workers to join our talented team at Hitch Campers Pty Ltd in Coomera, Queensland. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of our high-quality camper trailers, expedition trucks and hybrid campers ensuring they meet our strict standards before being delivered to our customers. This role requires Monday to Friday availability. What you'll be doing Operate hand and power tools with precision to complete assembly tasks efficiently Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and resolve any issues Collaborate with the broader production team to maintain a smooth, streamlined workflow Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies to ensure a safe work environment Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve manufacturing processes and product quality What we're looking for Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry A minimum of 6-12 months manufacturing or assembly experience is required Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions Competent in the use of hand and power tools, with a focus on quality and safety Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues A team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively A commitment to workplace health and safety and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Australian citizens and permanent residents only What we offer Comprehensive training and development opportunities Opportunities for career progression within the growing Hitch Campers team A friendly, supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance Access to company discounts on our high-quality camper trailer range About us Hitch Campers Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of premium camper trailers, built to the highest standards of quality and durability.
