Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team in Brisbane, Australia. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. Responsibilities Plans, directs, coordinates and manages the maintenance operations for assigned Technical Direction Letter organizations. Maintenance support includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level. Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience. Must have experience on HEMTT A4 variants. Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components. Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems. Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi‑meters. Ability to successfully pass a Pre‑Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date. Clearance Requirements Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. Must be able to push, pull, and reach. Must be able to work in high noise areas. Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts. Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
