Account Manager/Sales Support – Construction & Access Equipment AZL is a growing Australian supplier of edge protection, mobile scaffolding, and access solutions to the construction and trade industry. We work closely with builders, contractors, and distributors, focusing on safety, compliance, and practical on-site solutions . As our business grows, we are looking for a reliable Account Manager to support our National Sales Manager and sales team. About AZL AZL is a growing Australian supplier of edge protection, mobile scaffolding, and access solutions to the construction and trade industry. We work closely with builders, contractors, and distributors, focusing on safety, compliance, and practical on-site solutions . As our business grows, we are looking for a reliable Account Manager to support our National Sales Manager and sales team. About the Role This is a hands‑on Account Manager role , ideal for someone who enjoys: Following up opportunities Supporting sales teams Managing customers and orders Keeping deals moving from quote to payment This is not a cold‑calling or hunter sales role . You will play a key role in making sure: Enquiries are followed up Orders are processed correctly Customers are looked after after the sale Payments and paperwork don't fall through the cracks Key Responsibilities Sales & Order Support Follow up quotes and sales opportunities Support external sales with deal progression Assist with order processing and coordination Walk-In & Inbound Customers Serve walk-in customers professionally Handle phone and email enquiries Recommend suitable products based on customer needs After‑Sales & Customer Service Manage after-sales enquiries and support requests Coordinate replacements, returns, or technical escalation Accounts & Admin Support Assist with invoice follow‑up and payment reminders Support contract follow‑ups and document tracking Maintain accurate customer and CRM records Marketing Lead Follow‑Up (Mobile Scaffold) Follow up leads generated from advertising and campaigns Convert enquiries into orders or pass to sales About You Essential Experience in account management, sales support, or customer service Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service Strong follow-up and communication skills Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable dealing with tradies, builders, and contractors Australian citizenship or permanent residency required Desirable Experience in construction, building products, or access equipment Familiarity with quotes, invoices, and contracts CRM or ERP system experience What We Offer Stable, full-time role in a growing business Clear responsibilities and expectations Direct support from an experienced National Sales Manager Opportunity to grow into senior account or sales roles over time How to Apply If you enjoy supporting sales, following up customers, and keeping things organised, we'd like to hear from you.
