The Opportunity Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of trade and building customers across the South West. You’ll be the key contact for your accounts — strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support from order to delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys getting out on-site, understanding customer needs, and taking ownership of their territory’s success. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Busselton and the South West Build strong, long-term relationships with builders, project managers, and trade professionals Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand product use within existing accounts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service Provide accurate quotes, follow up on enquiries, and manage customer expectations Monitor market activity and competitor trends in your region About You Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service — ideally within building materials or construction supply Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Commercially minded with a focus on service, retention, and profitability Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Confident using CRM systems and managing customer data Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally Why M&B Sales?
