About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Trader / Account Manager to join their Melbourne team. In this dynamic, relationship-driven role, you’ll manage and grow key customer and supplier accounts, identify new trading opportunities, and ensure the seamless flow products through our international supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of customer and supplier accounts across the food and beverage sector. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms to deliver profitable outcomes. Identify new business opportunities and expand product categories within existing accounts. Coordinate logistics, inventory, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the Quality and Supply Chain teams to maintain product and service excellence. Analyse market trends to support trading strategies and category development. About You Proven experience in trading, sales, or account management in food, beverage, or agricultural commodities. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global trading environment. Proficiency in ERP / CRM systems and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
