This is a full-time on-site role located in Artarmon, NSW, for a Strategic Accounts Manager specializing in Commercial Trades. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key commercial accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, facilitating contract negotiations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. Additional responsibilities include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and contract negotiations. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively. Experience in analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives. Familiarity with the commercial trades or maintenance plumbing industry is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to meet targets, work in a fast-paced environment, and solve client-related challenges. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
