About the Company We are a trusted home trade provider in plumbing who pride ourselves on same-day service and upholding quality as we expand interstate. We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team to ensure domestic and commercial clients experience exceptional customer service before, during and after the service has been delivered. This is an entrepreneur run business, this role would be suitable for someone who can handle an environment that is constantly changing and evolving. If you have valuable life experience, you're switched on, have a great 'can do' attitude and can handle difficult conversations, please apply About the Role Conduct after-care calls and promote client retention Compose reports for client insurance and reimbursements Investigate and understand client issues of contention Address concerns of complaints and pricing objections and negotiate with the client to ensure dispute is resolved and settled Maintain accounts receivable by contacting outstanding debts Help improve current quality management systems to ensure and promote customer satisfaction Identify systemic issues and raise compliance concerns Train Customer Service Team to address complaints and improve client experience Provide call and scheduling relief for Customer Service Team Brand management Ad hoc call centre support Key Competencies Proven experience in client dispute resolution preferably within the Trade Service industry 2 years minimum in debt recovery Switched on and flexible 'can do' attitude High work ethic Strong analytical and organisational skills with great attention to detail Professional, personable and adaptive phone manner Confident commercial acumen Astute in business practices and risk conscious Resilient disposition to bounce back from difficult conversations Ability to be an advocate for both company and the client Advanced computer literacy with advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new systems The candidate selected for this role will need to undergo training in our call centre to understand our business. Once you are competent in the call centre, then we will transition you to your role as the Customer Care Specialist.
