We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pedagogy Manager to join our Head Office team on a full‑time basis. Position: Pedagogy Manager Location: Across AMIGA Montessori centres (travel required) Employment Type: Full‑Time About the Role The Pedagogy Manager plays a key role in leading pedagogical excellence, ensuring that Montessori principles are consistently embedded across all AMIGA Montessori classrooms. Working closely with our Pedagogy leadership team, this role focuses on continuous quality improvement, educator mentoring, software oversight, and project delivery that supports educational consistency and compliance. The role works hand‑in‑hand with another Pedagogy Manager, with responsibilities shared across audits, training, and project‑based initiatives to ensure every service achieves and maintains high‑quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct on‑site Montessori audits and provide structured feedback and coaching Drive pedagogical improvements and ensure alignment with Montessori standards and the NQF Oversee software systems (Storypark, MANA, Tapestry) to ensure educational quality and efficiency Support and deliver educator training, reflective practice sessions, and professional development programs Lead pedagogical projects and initiatives that enhance consistency across centres Collaborate with the Quality and Operations teams to prepare for A&R visits and regulatory requirements Support, as required, with new centre setup and Montessori resource planning About You Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education with a Montessori qualification in either Cycle 1 or Nido (essential) Exceptional understanding of Montessori pedagogy and the National Quality Framework Demonstrated experience in pedagogical leadership, mentoring, or quality improvement Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills Passionate about educator development and delivering outstanding outcomes for children Working at AMIGA Montessori means you receive: Competitive salary with regular performance and remuneration reviews 55% staff discount for child enrolment at one of our Centres Additional leave entitlements including bonus tenure leave and a paid birthday day off Reward and recognition events throughout the year Learning and development support including conferences and training A collaborative Head Office team that values kindness, ownership, and impact If you're ready to drive pedagogical excellence, mentor others, and strengthen Montessori practice across AMIGA, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
