You will shape the culture, inspire educators, and ensure that every child and family experiences the warmth, quality, and professionalism Tall Tree is known for. You will be supported by: An accessible Operations Team A Pedagogy & Practice Lead Tailored training focused on people leadership, operations, and pedagogical excellence An on‑hand support office team to assist with enrolments, recruitment, human resources, finance and marketing. We’re Looking For a Leader Who: Has proven experience leading a large centre or team within Early Childhood Is passionate about pedagogy, practice, and the Reggio Emilia Approach (or eager to deepen their knowledge) Is safety‑conscious, proactive, and committed to best‑practice governance Excels at building high‑performing, positive and collaborative teams Communicates with clarity, empathy and professionalism Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment Is energised by achieving great outcomes and continuous improvement About Tall Tree Early Learning Tall Tree is a collective of high‑quality early learning schools focused on excellence, innovation, and genuine human connection.
