ABOUT THE COMPANY

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role, working closely with CEOs and other C-Suite stakeholders within major private hospital groups. By building long-term partnerships at the executive level and across national groups, this role ensures the continued success and growth of MedTech solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Drive revenue growth and protect existing accounts across a portfolio of key hospital clients, ensuring alignment with cross-business targets.
- Take ownership of C-Suite relationships (including CEOs, COOs and CFOs), serving as the primary contact for business development activities within your region.
- Enhance sales efficiency by leveraging sales resources effectively and understanding the unique needs of strategic accounts and private corporate buying groups.
- Oversee all sales-related processes, including offer modeling, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations, ensuring optimal pricing and liability management.
- Strategically manage customer rebate agreements, pricing structures, and portfolio investments to maximise business outcomes.
- Expand market share within each key account by demonstrating value, reducing price erosion, and fostering trust with stakeholders.
- Simplify the customer experience by streamlining processes and building long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers to boost loyalty and drive account retention.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in Corporate or Key Account Management, ideally within the medical devices sector.
- Business-related Tertiary qualifications (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
- Proven success in high-level negotiations with C-Suite executives, particularly within private hospital networks.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all organisational levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand private healthcare systems, including private health insurers, hospital buying groups, and key operational metrics.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to generate insightful financial analyses.
- A polished and confident professional with advanced presentation skills and a commanding presence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced negotiation skills coupled with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
- Highly organised, with a meticulous approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in preparing high-quality reports and analyses.
- A results-driven individual with a history of successful sales achievements and account retention.
