Overview Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation – Esperance WA The Sea Country Team Leader will be part of a team of rangers delivering ETNTAC's program, initiatives and activities with a focus on caring for Wudjari sea country and delivering program outcomes. As a Sea Country Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Rangers to support the protection, monitoring and management of marine and coastal environments while upholding Wudjari cultural values and knowledge. This position is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operations, coordinating on‑country and joint management activities, and ensuring that cultural values and Traditional Owner knowledge remain central to all management and sea country work. A key role of the Sea Country Team Leader is to support and mentor rangers, building skills, confidence and teamwork while ensuring tasks are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role is based in Esperance and involves travel and fieldwork in the Esperance region.
