About the company A global consulting partner delivering large scale CRM and digital programs across enterprise and government. Availability note Role requires availability across December and January, with a project shutdown from 25 December to 1 January inclusive. What you’ll do Lead requirements elicitation with business stakeholders through structured workshops Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications Model and optimise processes using BPMN, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities Partner with solution designers and build teams to ensure feasibility and coverage of requirements Manage requirements in Azure DevOps across the delivery lifecycle Support sprint ceremonies, testing, and deployment, acting as the translator between business and technical teams Requirements Salesforce knowledge with preference for Experience Cloud exposure Strong business process modelling with BPMN Proven delivery of user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability Hands on with requirements management tools, ideally Azure DevOps Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication across business and IT Exposure to agile environments and multi vendor programs Benefit if you have experience working for Government Departments Benefits Hybrid and flexible work settings Access to large scale programs and modern tooling Communities of practice, mentoring, and certification support We recognize that diverse perspectives fuel innovation.
