If that sounds like you — welcome to the team We’re searching for a Product Specialist with a confident, influential personality to drive product training, deliver technical support, and help shape our product excellence. If you thrive in a mission-driven, results-focused environment where your ideas matter — this is your next step. ABOUT THE ROLE Deliver engaging product training sessions for staff. Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients. Offer remote project advice and troubleshooting assistance. Conduct in-house testing and fault analysis requiring advanced electrical knowledge. Review and improve product manuals, support materials, and documentation. ABOUT YOU Electrical Trade Licence (mandatory) Experience in technical or support roles within the electrical industry (advantage) A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail Highly organised with excellent time management skills A confident, clear, and influential communicator and presenter WHY JOIN RUSHMORE?
