Senior Occupational Therapist • Better Rehab Senior Occupational Therapist at Better Rehab We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Colac region. Supported by an incredible Regional Manager, you’ll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills. Day-to-day Responsibilities Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach. Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work. Innovate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, exploring new treatment approaches and tackling complex cases. Qualifications Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case‑by‑case). A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
