Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedTraffic Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop core skills in traffic engineering while working closely with an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer. The candidate must be from Perth. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation oftraffic engineering assessment reports . Support in responding toqueries from clients, councils, and other stakeholders , initially with guidance and progressively with more independence. Contribute to the planning, analysis, and documentation required for various traffic and transport-related projects. Develop strong knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and local council requirements. Gradually take responsibility formanaging projects independently , while still having access to mentorship and support as needed. Skills & Attributes No prior experience is required; however, the ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities . A positive work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the field of traffic engineering. Ability to work collaboratively and eventually operate independently. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree inCivil Engineering ,Transportation Engineering , or a related discipline from an Australian University.
