Marketing and Communications Coordinator Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club (Mullaloo SLSC) is a vibrant, community-driven not-for-profit organisation dedicated to surf lifesaving, member development, and fostering a strong sense of belonging. We are currently seeking a creative, organised, and community-focused Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support member engagement and the day‑to‑day operations of the Club. This is a permanent part‑time role , working 25 hours per week over 4-5 days , reporting to the GM Club Support Services , based at the Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club office on Oceanside Promenade, Mullaloo Beach, WA . Key Responsibilities Social Media & Engagement Newsletter/annual report/ Website Content Creation & Design Digital Communications Office Administration & Member Support Brand management / club shop retail Skills & Experience Proven experience in marketing, communications, or digital media Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for a diverse audience (newsletters, media releases, social posts) Sound graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative suite) Strong organisation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with volunteers, staff, and partners Ability to promote events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives Certificate, degree or equivalent in Marketing or Communication Previous experience working for a Not for profit organisation/surf lifesaving club/sporting club/community sector Knowledge of surf lifesaving culture, values, and operations along with an understanding of volunteer-based organisation operations Passion for community service and surf lifesaving Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment What we can offer you Working for a respected, community-focused organisation Opportunities for growth and creativity If this sounds like you, please forward your resume and cover letter to the following email address. #J-18808-Ljbffr
