Hire Coordinator

Purpose of the Position This is a position to assist in managing Geraldton Hire. The position is imperative to build and grow Geraldton Hire's on-site hire service that is currently provided. The Hire Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of onsite hire of our hire fleet including site offices, site toilets, temporary fencing, generators and builders equipment. Geographical Coverage Regional Western Australia, permanently based in Geraldton. Key Responsibilities Customer Service focused, promoting and increasing Geraldton Hire revenue Assist with Geraldton Hire operations and administration, following on hire and off hire procedures Assist and lead the Geraldton Hire team, via quality assured processes and procedures incorporating safe systems of work Price and schedule ongoing and future work providing great customer service Manage employee performance and people development Manage Fleet Logistics – including maintenance & servicing Qualifications Ideal Candidate will already have Hire experience or relevant industry experience. Highly organised with great communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Experience with Insphire, Myob and excel highly preferred Ability to work alone and in a team environment Practical experience working within a hire business Experience in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task A diversified and progressive business based in Geraldton, Geraldton Hire services the Construction, Mining and Oil & Gas sectors in regional WA.
