Our Kalgoorlie branch is seeking a friendly and organized Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customer service and repair enquiries. Coordinate and schedule service work efficiently with the workshop team. Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to gain approval. Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Keep records and service documentation accurate and up to date. Support a safety‑focused, high‑performance team environment. About You A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to work well in a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Exposure to the industry preferred but not essential. Ability to read and interpret technical catalogues, bulletins and support literature desired. Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel). Ability to work unsupervised with a proactive work approach. Why Choose Team Penske?
