To learn more about our company values, visit What the role is We’re seeking a motivated Graduate Environmental Engineer / Scientist to join our Macarthur branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick‑start your career, gain hands‑on experience across a wide variety of projects and learn directly from industry experts. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, working in both the field and office, contributing to projects that make a real impact in infrastructure, environment and community outcomes. What you’ll be doing Assisting senior staff on investigations for contaminated sites, groundwater, asbestos, remediation and waste classification. Visiting a mix of residential, industrial and rural sites to collect soil, groundwater, vapour and sediment samples. Coordinating fieldwork and subcontractors while keeping safety front of mind. Using tools like QGIS to analyse data and help develop practical solutions. Getting involved in proposals, technical reports and real project delivery from start to finish. About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Environmental or Sciences – Geology, Environmental, Groundwater. Other criteria Possession of a valid Australian driver’s licence. Enjoy the balance of working onsite and in the office. An interest in continued learning and building a career in the geotechnical/environmental/groundwater and earthworks sectors.
