Who We Are Mount Archer is a proud state primary school in Rockhampton with classes from Prep to Year 6. We are known as a great place to learn, where every student is supported to do their best. We focus on literacy and numeracy and work closely to ensure each student's learning is supported. Step Into Your Next Chapter Implement structured and long-term collaboration with external partners to drive positive outcomes for families and children, engaging them in learning and strengthening relationships with parents and carers to improve student attendance, behaviour, and engagement. Work with classroom teachers, teacher aides and specialist support staff to understand the child's needs and connect families with services such as health, therapeutic and developmental interventions. Build and sustain positive relationships with students, parents, school staff, government agencies and community services and provide expert input into decision‑making processes to ensure optimum outcomes for children and families. Provide expertise in school communities about vulnerable children and families and facilitate engagement in learning and improved outcomes.
