Customer Experience Coordinator – 6 Month Contract Work Location: Collingwood, VIC Located at Continental Tyres Australian headquarters in Collingwood and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role is responsible for providing customer service support in a fast‑paced customer‑centric environment. The Key Responsibilities Manage order and return processes end-to-end – Accurately process credits, reinvoices, and returns in SAP, ensuring all approvals and documentation are in place. Coordinate smooth returns – Work closely with service providers and the Market Distribution team to ensure tyres are collected on time, goods receipts are posted, and billing is finalised. Be the customer champion – Provide timely delivery updates, respond to enquiries, and proactively communicate to keep customers informed and satisfied. Resolve issues quickly – Raise cases in Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams, and follow through until complaints are resolved efficiently. Support marketing initiatives – Update and maintain spreadsheets for weekly specials, send promotional data to customers, and help drive engagement. Deliver insights – Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports to support decision‑making and keep the team informed. About You Possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
