About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic CX team. This is a full-time hybrid position (3 days in our Richmond office, 2 days from home), ideal for someone who’s proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the friendly, solution-focused first point of contact for customer enquiries, responsible for managing and triaging feedback, resolving Level 1 complaints, and providing exceptional service to our clients and their supporters. You’ll also work closely with our internal teams and sub-contracted marketing company partners to keep operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email Managing Level 1 complaints and escalating where necessary Logging and tracking feedback in our CRM Monitoring and investigating payment discrepancies Preparing reports and insights for client meetings Supporting internal and external stakeholders Representing the Customer Experience team in meetings as required What we’re looking for: Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic approach Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Confident communicator – both written and verbal Well organised and able to juggle multiple tasks Tech-savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Proactive mindset and calm under pressure Friendly, team-oriented, and solutions-driven Hybrid work model– enjoy flexibility with 2 days working from home Growth & development– we’ll support your career progression every step of the way Supportive team culture– we’re a close-knit bunch who work hard and have fun doing it Competitive salary– based on experience Real impact– help shape the supporter experience for some of Australia’s leading charities Ready to apply?
