Overview Sika Wetherill Park, New South Wales, Australia Position Concrete Lab Supervisor Sika Australia Pty Ltd is a well-established industry leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals servicing Construction, Industry, & Mining divisions across Australia. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements, conducting all activities in a safe and professional manner. Supervise and undertake concrete testing in accordance with Australian Standards, NATA, and established lab procedures. Maintain lab equipment, arrange calibration, and manage concrete raw materials and consumables stock. Oversee daily concrete lab activities, provide instructions to the lab team, and maintain accurate testing records and data entry. Assist the National Technical Manager with testing and development work. Provide training to team members on concrete testing and OH&S procedures, ensuring a clean and hazard-free lab environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of concrete testing, concrete properties, and sample preparation. Thorough understanding of concrete laboratory health and safety requirements. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role. Hands-on experience in aggregate preparation and testing. Knowledge of concrete admixture technology and mortar testing. Excellent team communication and collaboration skills. Strong literacy, numeracy, and relevant computer skills. Ability to work independently and unsupervised. Physical fitness to perform heavy duties (lifting, shoveling, etc.). Current forklift license. Additional Information A competitive salary package.
