About the Role: As the CPAP Manager, you will oversee CPAP therapy services, patient education, and compliance programs. You will work closely with sleep specialists, GPs, and patients to ensure effective treatment, provide expert guidance, and manage the day-to-day operations of our CPAP services. Key Responsibilities: Manage CPAP therapy programs, including patient education, setup, and follow-ups Provide tailored consultations and troubleshooting support for CPAP users Collaborate with specialists and doctors to optimize patient care plans Oversee home sleep study setups and ensure accurate data collection Maintain stock control, equipment sterilization, and compliance reports Train and support staff in CPAP and sleep apnea treatment best practices About You: Experience as a CPAP Consultant, Sleep Scientist, Respiratory Therapist, or in a similar role Strong knowledge of CPAP therapy, sleep apnea management, and respiratory care Excellent patient communication and education skills Ability to troubleshoot CPAP equipment and assist with compliance challenges Strong organizational and leadership abilities Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing sleep and respiratory service Why Join RSS?
