Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager / Dispensary Technician to join our team at Baggas Pharmacy. This role combines leadership of the retail team with hands‑on dispensary responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily pharmacy operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and support pharmacists in dispensing medications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for community pharmacy and wellness. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the retail team to ensure high standards of service and compliance. Assist pharmacists with dispensing workflow and daily dispensary tasks. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations. Oversee stock management, including daily deliveries, ordering, and inventory control. Support customer service initiatives, ensuring a positive customer experience. Implement and maintain operational procedures for smooth day‑to‑day pharmacy operations. Promote and support the wide range of health, beauty, and wellness services offered by the pharmacy. Qualifications & Experience Certificate III (Dispensary) in Community Pharmacy. Experience in a retail or dispensary management role is highly desirable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of dispensing procedures in line with Pharmacy Board of Victoria guidelines. Experience with Point‑of‑Sale systems (Z Software) and dispensary software (Medsure / Omnicell or equivalent).
