Terry White Chemmart Mayo's Northend – Lavington NSW Full-time Dispensary Technician (DAA) Position We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dispensary Technician (DAA) to join our team at Terry White Chemmart Mayo's Northend in Lavington, NSW. This full‑time role will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and providing exceptional patient care. What you'll be doing Accurately prepare and package medication in Dose Administration Aids (DAA) as per doctor’s prescriptions, utilising our efficient robotic packing system. Ensure all medication is correctly labelled and dispensed according to pharmacy policies and procedures. Provide support to pharmacists in the dispensary as required. Assist with inventory management and stock control. Maintain meticulous records and documentation. Deliver excellent customer service to our patients. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Dispensary Technician or equivalent role within a pharmacy setting. Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills. Proficient in the preparation and packaging of Dose Administration Aids (DAAs). We will provide training for DAA preparation to suitable candidates who demonstrate the potential to develop these skills. Experience with any pharmacy software system is acceptable, with training provided on our specific systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding pharmacy regulations. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Certificate III in Community Pharmacy can be obtained at any time with flexible timing to accommodate individual circumstances. Australian citizenship is required for this position.
