Position Summary Providing clients with the best solution for moving cargo from their 3PL storage, whether at a Navia or partner warehouse. Ensuring SOPs and KPI’s are met for receivals and orders. Assisting warehouse with picks and receivals where required. Customer Service for specified accounts. Order Management for clients. Key Responsibilities Correctly receipt cargo into warehouse, checking in to the allocated location. Arrange urgent picks when required. Monitor new orders throughout the day. Confirm picks and orders are ready for delivery within the agreed time. Arrange booking with transport. Provide the best solution to move cargo for clients. Ensure correct orders are dispatched to the correct contractor. Ensure billing is done as per each client’s requirement, and that all tasks are accounted for and billed accordingly. Complete stocktake when required. Ensure physical stock is correctly shown in Cargowise. Communicate with National 3PL Manager where required to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. Ensure final‑mile carriers selected are the best options for Navia and client, where not sourcing other transport options. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Adhere to all safety regulations and standards. Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures. Any other duties as directed by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
