Responsibilities An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and dedicated person to join the team as a Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent full‑time basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will lead, motivate and support the Warehouse team, including team development, foster a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all operational standards. Areas of coverage include, but are not limited to: receiving, organising, storage, distribution of stock, equipment care, HACCP, WH&S and workplace tidiness. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations and automated systems Experience supervising a large and variable workforce Understanding of HACCP‑controlled environments Passionate about team engagement, coaching and development Strong knowledge of manual handling techniques, risk mitigation and control methods Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with strong multitasking skills Flexible availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster Forklift competency certificate What We Offer 4‑week roster provided in advance to help you plan ahead Free meal while on shift Laundered uniform for every shift Paid parental leave Discounts at Crown Hotels and Restaurants Australia‑wide Access to career progression and training opportunities Additional Information Unfortunately, if you are unable to meet the roster requirements or do not have suitable working rights, your application will not be considered.
