Our approach is grounded in mindfulness, self‑care, and community wellness. We’re currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. Ideal candidates will bring energy, confidence, and a passion for healthy, active living – someone who can inspire participants to pursue fitness, community engagement, and employment opportunities. With a variety of shifts available – mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends – this role offers flexibility and the chance to build meaningful, long‑term relationships with participants. About the Role Daily living tasks and routines Personal care and hygiene Medication assistance Emotional wellbeing and independence Community participation and social engagement Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment Encouraging an active lifestyle and supporting employment goals What You'll Need Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability or youth support NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) WWCC (Blue Card) First Aid and CPR Certificate Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Tech‑savvy and organised Health and fitness oriented and committed to an active lifestyle Highly Regarded Cert IV in Mental Health or equivalent Experience with complex behaviours or mental health Strong communication and leadership skills Tech‑savvy and organised Why Join Us?
