Roles We are currently seeking 2 temporary packhouse supervisors for an immediate start who will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with sections of the the day to day packhouse operations of sorting, grading, and packing fruit. Expect to work 6-7 days a week for the next 3 weeks, subject to weather, so once you're into it, there'll be plenty to keep you occupied. Available Roles Floor Supervisor Quality Supervisor Training is provided, but you will need to have had some experience in supervising teams. Reporting to the Packhouse Manager, all roles involve: Accuracy and diligence Overseeing and supporting the work of others Being a hands‑on team member Liaising with others to share information and coordinate activities Timing The roles start right now and are expected to run for 3-4 weeks, typically 12 hour days, 6 days a week, so it's a great opportunity to earn good money in short time. You To succeed you will need Staff supervision experience and interpersonal skills To love working in a busy environment with lots to think about and do. To work comfortably and harmoniously within a multicultural team. Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment before, but it is not necessary so long as you are keen to learn, responsible, and happy working at a fast pace with lots going on around you.
