We prioritise small class sizes, personalised support, and wellbeing programs to help students overcome barriers to learning. Our goal is that every graduate progresses into meaningful employment, further training, or tertiary education, creating positive change for themselves and their communities. Students work towards their final school certificate through individualised learning plans, while also accessing nationally recognised Vocational Education and Training courses aligned to career goals. This approach provides students a head start into employment or further study upon graduation, supported by career planning, work readiness programs, and school‑based apprenticeship or traineeship opportunities. About you... Expert knowledge of senior secondary curriculum frameworks in either South Australian, Tasmanian or Australian Capital territory contexts. Proven experience in curriculum design and development, including differentiated learning strategies for at‑risk and disengaged students.
