Build, maintain and operate systems that enhance detection efficacy.Lead a team of Security Engineers to defeat evolving bot challenges being experienced by our customers.Collaborate and co-design the future of Security Engineering at Kasada.Own the strategic direction and delivery of Security Engineering at Kasada.Enable team members to grow in their roles, including training across and within teams to ensure high performanceBe the key interface between the Security Engineering team and all other teams that interact with or rely on Sec Eng e.g. Support, Success, Threat Intelligence, EngineeringDrive innovation by building and guiding the team to build and experiment with ideas outside the norm.Take ideas created by Security Engineering and enable them to be applied to our product in a value adding, visible and functional way.Report on key performance metrics of the team.What you'll bring
